Our Commitment

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If anything goes wrong with your purchase, our dedicated support team will help you resolve it quickly and fairly.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and the product. We will replace the item at no extra cost, or issue a full refund to your original payment method. This applies to all orders shipped from our US warehouse and international shipments.

Return Conditions

Due to the nature of laboratory research products, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, reconstituted, or used. To be eligible for a return, the product must be sealed, unopened, and in its original packaging, with the vial labels intact.

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. The exact timing for the refund to appear on your account depends on your bank or payment provider. You will receive a confirmation notification as soon as your refund is issued.

Incorrect Address

If an order is delivered to the wrong address because the shipping information provided was incorrect, we are not responsible for the loss. Please double check your shipping address before completing your order.

Shipping Costs for Returns

If a return is approved due to our error, such as a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover all return shipping costs. Returns requested for other reasons are not eligible, as all sales of sealed laboratory products are final.
